About Chola Hanuman
Situated approximately 2.5 km from Bhopal’s main bus station, on the road leading to Vidisha and Sanchi, the Chola Hanuman Mandir is among the city's oldest Hanuman temples. Believed to have been established by Raja Vikram Shah during his reign, the temple enshrines a sacred idol of Lord Hanuman. Devotees visit to seek blessings for strength, courage, and protection. The temple is particularly vibrant on Tuesdays and Saturdays, attracting numerous visitors for prayer and devotion.
